Data Deletion and Account Removal
Request deletion of your PulseROI account and personal data. We process all requests promptly and securely.
Or if you have an active account, delete your account instantly from your dashboard.
1. How to Request Deletion
Email us at pulseroi.officials@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- a.The email address or username associated with your PulseROI account.
- b.Your PulseROI user ID if available (found in Dashboard → Settings).
- c.A short statement confirming you want your account and all data permanently deleted.
2. Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity by replying to the email address registered to your account. You must confirm the deletion by replying to our verification email. If you cannot access that email, we may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.

- • Payment records (after legal retention period)
What We May Retain
- • Transaction records for tax/GST compliance (up to 8 years per Indian law)
- • Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
- • Data required for active legal disputes or fraud investigations
- • Supabase server backups for up to 30 days (auto-purged)
4. Third-Party Data
PulseROI uses Supabase (PostgreSQL, Mumbai region) for data storage, Resend for transactional emails, and Vercel for hosting. When your account is deleted, we will request data removal from these providers where possible. AI provider logs (Groq, Mistral, Cerebras, Gemini, Cohere, HuggingFace) are ephemeral and not stored persistently. If your data was shared with other third parties, we will provide details on request so you can contact them directly.
5. Processing Time
Active PulseROI users: You can also delete your account instantly from Dashboard → Delete Account. After confirmation, all data is removed immediately.
6. Data Export
If you want a copy of your data before deletion, include "Data Export Request" in your email. We will provide a downloadable archive of your reports, lists, and account data within 48 hours. Active users can also export data anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Export My Data.
7. Consequences of Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you will permanently lose access to all saved reports, creator lists, analysis history, PulseChat conversations, brand profiles, and any active subscription benefits. This action is irreversible. Active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made. Refunds for unused subscription time are handled per our Refund Policy.

9. Legal Compliance
PulseROI processes deletion requests in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 (India), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), and applicable international privacy regulations including GDPR. If we are legally required to retain certain data, we will notify you of the specific retention obligation and duration.
